If a product does not meet your expectations, please inform us in writing as soon as possible but no later than 8 days after receiving the order. Remember to enclose detailed picture documentation and contact information. You can expect to be contacted by telephone from our customer service within one week in order to discuss a solution. We reserve the right to pick up and produce a new error-free order, and we will incur any additional costs associated with it. If unexpectedly, we do not see ourselves in a position to produce a satisfying product, we will pick up the order and credit all costs relating to the defective product.

Remember to refer to our order number. Within 48 hours of your inquiry, we will confirm in writing if we can guarantee your delivery. If your delivery does not arrive in time, we will credit all costs related to the delayed product.
